Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary looking for a new challenge? 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary with a specialisation in Residential Conveyancing to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Conveyancing team, ensuring they operate at optimum efficiency. This role requires a high degree of self-management, initiative, and a keen eye for detail.

Role: Conveyancing Legal SecretaryLocation: Midlands based firmWork type: Monday to Friday, Permanent (Flexible arrangements available)Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Key Responsibilities:•    Digital dictation•    Electronic document production, including drafting and formatting conveyancing documents•    Diary management for principal(s) and conveyancing team•    Billing and financial administration related to conveyancing transactions•    File opening and closing, ensuring compliance with conveyancing protocols•    File administration and compliance, including maintaining accurate records of property transactions•    Handling new enquiries related to residential conveyancing•    Managing phone enquiries and assisting with conveyancing case work as requested

Qualifications:•    Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within Residential Conveyancing.•    Proficiency in digital dictation and electronic document management.•    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.•    Familiarity with conveyancing procedures and documentation.
