We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Test and Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team.Job Description: The Test and Validation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing hands-on vehicle testing for the whole vehicle. The role requires extensive experience in both local and international test facilities, as well as on public roads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running test fleets, working on full vehicle programs, resolving issues on both test and development vehicles, ensuring system performance, vehicle development, and durability testing, and creating test specifications for planned Design Verification Plan (DVP).Key Responsibilities:Conduct hands-on vehicle testing for whole vehicle at specific test facilities and on public roads, both locally and internationally.Manage and run test fleets, ensuring thorough testing and validation at various sites.Oversee the full vehicle program of internal and external testing, coordinating efforts to meet project goals.Perform system performance, vehicle development, and durability testing to ensure high-quality and reliable vehicles.Develop and establish test specifications for planned Design Verification Plan (DVP).Resolve issues on test and development vehicles, providing technical support and solutions.Assist the Service department with customer-owned vehicle issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hands-on vehicle testing.Strong background in managing test fleets and running full vehicle programs.Demonstrated ability to resolve issues on test and development vehicles.Extensive experience in system performance, vehicle development, and durability testing.Experience in developing test specifications for planned Design Verification Plan (DVP).Must have a valid motorcycle license.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to travel as needed for testing at various locations.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the motorcycle industry.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.If you are passionate about motorcycles and have the required experience and skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
