Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering a leading organisation who are seeking a Regional HR Business Partner on Permanent and full time. The role will cover numerous sites mainly across the Midlands, but as needed also other regions. Salary circa £45k + CA.

You will work closely with the Head of HR and Operations Managers and be responsible for providing HR guidance across the business in line with organisational policies and procedures.

You will be involved in the end to end life cycle from Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Succession and Engagement. You will provide HR advice and guidance to all of the Regional HR team and lead on casework management. You will also need to be comfortable across TUPE and restructuring. You will need to make regular visits to the locations in your region to build relationships and also ensure that employees are aware of any company developments. As well as advising managers on recruitment and selection issues and participate in any management selection.

On top of the main duties you will be involved in HR project work as needed and ensure consistency of processes and practice across the regions.

Regional HR Business Partner What we need from you:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent would be ideal
  • Strong Employee Relations experience and a proven background of TUPE is essential.
  • Comfortable with regular travel is key.
  • Demonstrable achievement in HR partnering within engineering or similar blue collar industry
  • A pragmatic individual with a commercial style.
  • High level of written and Oral communication.
