Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual educational assessments and implement tailored interventions to promote positive educational outcomes.
- Collaborate with schools and local communities to influence educational policies and support inclusive environments.
- Provide professional development for educational staff, training them on psychological strategies and principles.
Requirements:
- A relevant postgraduate degree in Educational Psychology (or equivalent), with HCPC registration.
- At least 2 years' experience working directly with children and young people, especially in writing and assessing Educational Health Care (EHC) plans.
- Strong knowledge of educational policies, inclusion strategies, and excellent communication skills.
