Locum Educational Psychologist - On-Site | Competitive Rates

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Locum Educational Psychologist to join our network for a short-term contract. This role focuses on conducting in-depth psychological assessments, collaborating with schools and families, and implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance children's well-being and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Implement targeted interventions to support children with educational and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans.
  • Offer expert advice and training to educators, parents, and other professionals on children's psychological well-being.
  • Compile detailed reports with practical recommendations to promote learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.
  • HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) registration as an Educational Psychologist.
  • Proven experience in psychological assessments and intervention strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and professionals.
  • Proficiency in report writing and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
