Estates Manager - Midlands

£60K - £70K Salary, pension contribution, hybrid working and structured development opportunities

Our client is an infrastructure investor with a portfolio of high profile assets looking for an Estates Manager to ensure the buildings within their portfolio are operational and maintained in accordance with statutory and contractual requirements. Working with a variety of stakeholders to delivery safe and well maintained buildings for the occupants.

My client offer a generous salary, bonus, pension contribution, hybrid working and structured development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop effective working relationships with the tenant, asset board, FM contractor and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the delivery of the FM service, in accordance to the contractual arrangements
  • Monitor all planned and reactive works ensuring adherence to statutory guidance and wider project objectives
  • Report on FM and contractual performance, attending board level meetings and producing reports to track KPIs, identifying risks and mitigating actions.
  • Attend regular meetings with the tenant to review contractual compliance.

Experience:

  • A relevant FM qualification or a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience within an FM environment
  • Experience of PFI would be desirable
  • A technical background (M&E) would be advantageous

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
  • Experience of chairing meetings with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Proven experience of producing and delivering management reports at a board level
