Responsibilities
- Greeting guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering inbound calls and directing them as necessary
- Booking meeting rooms for clients and colleague
- Organising passes for staff and visitors
- Assisting in creating and sending internal communications across the company
- Managing and organising office supplies
- Communicating with guests or clients when required
- Organising refreshments and business lunches as needed
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong teamwork skills
- Confidence in dealing with guests and clients.
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion.
- A welcoming and approachable personality
- A positive and proactive attitude
