We’re looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to join a welcoming front-of-house team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and engaging position, and who’s happy to take initiative and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering inbound calls and directing them as necessary
  • Booking meeting rooms for clients and colleague
  • Organising passes for staff and visitors
  • Assisting in creating and sending internal communications across the company
  • Managing and organising office supplies
  • Communicating with guests or clients when required
  • Organising refreshments and business lunches as needed
