Your new company

Due to the partnership between Hays and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, we are looking to recruit 3 school HR administrators to join the team.

Your new role

As a School HR Admin, you will be supporting with processing holiday, sick pay and ensure payments and payroll are followed through. You will be liaising with schools regarding new employees as well as current employees. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring all requests from stakeholders have been picked up.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience of working as an HR Admin within a school environment where you can prioritise workload. In addition, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. You will also need to have strong Oracle experience as this is essential.

In addition, this role will be an ASAP start,. Before starting, you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks. On registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks.

This is a full-time, temporary role based in Birmingham. This is a six-month contract but may be open to extension. The pay rate is £21.98 (PAYE) per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
