Essential Requirements:

  • Valid UK manual driving licence and own vehicle.
  • Level 3/4 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5.
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and the care sector.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT and systems.

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and manage services for adults with learning disabilities in South Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals in shared living environments and small care settings. As a Service Manager, you will work with established services to help our supported individuals reach their full potential.

  • Significant experience in the adult care sector.
  • Confident, with strong IT and system skills.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage with people at all levels.
  • Knowledgeable in person-centred and positive behaviour support.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to solve issues effectively.
