Your new companyThis is a well established charity that provides a variety of services supporting women, men & children who have been victims of abuse. They access the community to support victims as part of commissioned contracts to offer a holistic & trauma informed to these individuals.Your new roleThe charity provides emergency accommodation for victims of violence & abuse and the purpose of the complex needs worker is to support clients by connecting with the services they require. You will also provide personalised interventions either on a one to one basis or in group work, and will work with the clients and partners to provide tailored support and care, enabling individuals to realise aspirations. What you'll need to succeedThis is a challenging role that requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders and clients on all levels. Typically, similar experience is ideal. However, there is an element of transferability about the skills you may have, so those who have worked with vulnerable client groups may be considered. You must also be a female and have a full UK driving licence, with access to a car.
