Your new companyYou will be working across adult services in Sandwell, supporting adults and the elderly.Your new roleYour main role as a support worker will be ensuring the safety and comfort of service users. You will predominantly be working within elderly homes, so as well as carry out tasks to ensure the smooth running of the home, you will be carrying out personal care as well as encouraging service users to be as independent as they are able to be.You will be working with residents from a variety of backgrounds and varying levels of needs, meaning you will need to be adaptable and resilient.
