Your new companyThis company is an established charity that provides a range of specialist abuse support services to women, men & children across the West Midlands region. Their holistic, trauma informed support enables victims to escape violence and abuse, cope with trauma and build resilience. Your new roleThe domestic violence service supports women, men & children that have been victims. Your role is to manage the service and staff to provide a high-quality front-line service to victims of domestic violence; delivering a premium service to those at highest risk, including management of their own caseload. You will also provide leadership with local domestic abuse strategy, guidance and develop the service.What you'll need to succeedThe role of managing the domestic violence service requires a lot of attention to detail on systems & processes associated with the management and support of victims of violence and abuse, excellent interpersonal skills, focus on commitment to exploring the experience of victims. You will have prior experience of managing vulnerable services & the strategic planning that comes with developing the service.
