This newly created role combines the responsibilities of both a Case Manager and Senior IFA Administrator, offering an exciting and unique opportunity. In this position, you will provide essential administrative and back-office support to Financial Advisers in areas like Pensions, Investments, Mortgages, and Life Assurance. You will act as a key point of contact, connecting clients, financial advisers, and third-party providers, ensuring smooth case management and high levels of client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Case Management
- Client and Provider Communication
- Administrative and Technical Support
- Organisational and Project Responsibilities
- General Office and Compliance Tasks

Skills and experience required:
- Experience in administration, preferably in Financial Services.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage workload independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of English and Maths GCSE C grade or equivalent.
