Responsibilitites

  • Develop and manage technical aspects of the product line, providing expert support and guiding design and conceptual development.
  • Design commercially viable sealing solutions (experience in seals or similar mechanical products is beneficial).
  • Provide technical support and training for internal teams, including Sales and Application Engineers.
  • Lead the creation of technical and commercial proposals, and manage customer-facing activities such as presentations and site visits.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities including trade shows and advertisement design.

Requirements:

  • Degree inMechanical Engineeringor equivalent experience.
  • Proven capability intechnical problem-solvingandnew product development.
  • Background in mechanical product engineering; experience in the sealing industry, Oil & Gas, Food Processing, Automotive, Aerospace, Compressors, or related industries is beneficial.
