Position: Customer Care Advisor
Location: Bridgwater
Salary : From £24k
Working hours : Monday – Friday (Apply online only) ( Hybrid )
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive and professional customer care advisor for our client based in Bridgwater. This role is essential in maintaining and developing product sales in the Retail and Specification divisions across the UK and Ireland. If you're a proactive problem solver with a passion for exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries through all communication channels (email, phone, social media, etc.)
- Manage the end-to-end order cycle using ERP systems, including stock availability, order placements, and delivery status updates
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Keep customers informed about outstanding projects and updates
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Sales Managers to optimize order processing and achieve sales targets
- Support the external sales team and suggest opportunities for service improvements
