JOB TITLE: Weekend Customer Service Administrator

LOCATION: Bridgwater

HOURLY RATE: Circa £12.21 P/H (weekly paid)

HOURS:

  • Saturday: Shift between 8.30am - 7.00pm (8 hours per day)
  • Sunday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Additional hours occasionally available during busy periods (June - September)

Our client is recruiting for A Weekend Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis starting immediately.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Providing an excellent, personal and efficient service to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Liaising with contact customers via telephone and email to take payments and update the system
  • Answer queries within a timely manner
  • Manage customer details and process any account changes.
  • Managing customer requests
  • Processing reports

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Client / customer service focused with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Able to use your own initiative
