Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator / Administrator

(As a Relationship Coordinator / Administrator you may have held various job titles in your work history that reflect your experience in client care and professional services. These titles could include Client Relations Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Account Manager, Client Services Coordinator, Client Engagement Officer, Customer Success Manager, Client Support Administrator, Client Experience Associate, Client Care Executive, and Client Relationship Manager. Each of these roles emphasises your ability to nurture client relationships, provide exceptional service, and effectively communicate with clients).

Location: Taunton, Somerset (Office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Salary & Benefits: 24,000 - 26,500 PA DOE (Experience in financial services required for the higher end of the salary bracket)

The Role:

As part of the Client Relations (Wealth Management) team, you will be responsible for addressing clients' needs through effective communication and accurate administration. The team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience, meeting expectations, and providing support to the Wealth Management Consultants.

Daily Duties Include:

  • Efficiently handling all client enquiries.
  • Preparing refreshments for client and company meetings.
  • Proactively managing day-to-day administration tasks, including transacting cases onto the system and supporting consultants and clients throughout the application process.
  • Liaising with providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Competently using various software packages for data entry and monitoring the company client database.
  • Providing efficient client relations support through regular communication.
  • Coordinating and implementing office procedures with the Head of Client Relations.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising outgoing post.
  • Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities as needed.
