We are looking for anElectrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theElectrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Carrying out electrical safety checks
- PAT testing
- Planned and reactive maintenance and repairs
- Undertakingsome installation works.
- You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety
- Understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements
- Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector.
- Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and
- 18th Edition
- Ideally you will have test and inspect 2391.
- You should have a full, current, driving licence
- Be IT literate for record keeping
- Have good customer service skills
- Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
