We are looking for aElectrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theElectrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheElectrical Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out electrical safety checks
  • PAT testing
  • Planned and reactive maintenance and repairs
  • Undertakingsome installation works.
  • You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety
  • Understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements
  • Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.

To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:

  • Background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector.
  • Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 18th Edition
  • Ideally you will have test and inspect 2391.
  • Therewill be a requirement to work in controlled areas of site in C2 and C3 conditions, training will be provided to undertake these tasks.
  • You should have a full, current, driving licence
  • Be IT literate for record keeping
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
