Role

Nigel James Associates are excited to be working with a leading and well-established financial planning business who are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. The role will be to support two Advisers alongside two Administrators in a pod system to continue to deliver a high level of service to their clients. You will likely be first point of call for most clients and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional financial planning.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position you must have the following experience and attributes:

  • Previous experience working as a Paraplanner, ideally for a couple of years.
  • Personable, approachable and have a drive to develop your technical skills further.
  • Have a strong and genuine passion for financial planning.
  • Capable of providing exceptional client advisory services as this is essential for success in this role.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, actively contribute ideas, and take part in key projects to help shape and grow the business.

It would be advantageous if you hold a Level 4 Diploma but our client would consider a candidate if they are currently working towards it or they have significant experience and are willing to start working towards obtaining the qualification.
