We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager within the Bridgwater area for one of our clients who are a major manufacturer across the globe. With multiple sites across the world, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in some major projects and be part of an outstanding organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the HR activities across the business and personnel.
  • Administration for new and existing employees - Payroll, absence, calendars, sickness, onboarding and recruitment.
  • Working alongside external recruitment partners with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Managing all communications across other sites globally.
  • Data management across the business with documentation and compliance.
  • Working with ERP systems.
  • Performance / KPI management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience within a HR position or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing a varied workload.
  • Experience with general office management duties.
