We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager within the Bridgwater area for one of our clients who are a major manufacturer across the globe. With multiple sites across the world, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in some major projects and be part of an outstanding organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing the HR activities across the business and personnel.
- Administration for new and existing employees - Payroll, absence, calendars, sickness, onboarding and recruitment.
- Working alongside external recruitment partners with the onboarding of new employees.
- Managing all communications across other sites globally.
- Data management across the business with documentation and compliance.
- Working with ERP systems.
- Performance / KPI management.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience within a HR position or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing a varied workload.
- Experience with general office management duties.
