Are you an experienced Staffing Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting new opportunity at Jane Lewis for a Recruitment & Staffing Manager to run our new Business Centre in Taunton.

We are looking for a commercially driven individual to play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing operations across areas of Somerset, Gloucestershire & the Cotswolds.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment & Staffing Manager:

  • Oversee business centre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
  • Improving market share and to become the ‘go to' provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region
  • Engaging with new clients through direct business development
  • To drive performance and results, monitoring key metrics and implementing necessary improvements where required
  • To instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved/celebrated
  • To practise a ‘demonstrate and do' attitude

What we need from you in this role:

  • Previous sales and healthcare recruitment experience
  • Experience leading a team in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Results orientated mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong performance management
