HR Advisor - Bridgwater - £35000 - £40000 p.a + BenefitsA well known national business are seeking to hire an HR Advisor with experience of working within a unionised environment to join their team.Working on-site you will be responsible for delivering a professional HR service across the business offering first line guidance and support to line managers dealing with employee lifecycle and ER queries. You will additionally populate the HR System and work with L&D to identify training needs. The successful applicant will have previously worked within an HR Advisory capacity within a unionised environment.
