Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer for a 3-month contract at in Bridgewater. You will provide hands-on IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and stock management, within a large-scale infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software.
  • Manage the Walk-Up IT Support Bar to assist end users.
  • Re-image, wipe, and test Lenovo, Panasonic, and Samsung Android tablets.
  • Maintain and manage self-service IT vending cabinets and lockers.
  • Handle Gepard tickets and stock control tasks.
  • Perform general IT administration and asset management.

Required Skills & Experience

? 2 + years IT support experience? Strong knowledge of Android devices, MDM, and operating systems.? Excellent client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills.? Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues.? Able to read and understand technical documentation.

  • Ideally based in or around Bridgwater for easier commuting via the free site bus.
