This is a remote or hybrid locum assignment for a commercial property litigation solicitor with an immediate start for approximately three months.
The position offers a competitive rate of £40 - £50 per hour, depending on experience.
Candidates should have proven expertise in commercial property disputes, particularly in areas such as breach of lease, rent arrears claims, and dilapidation claims.
The firm prefers candidates with a strong commercial awareness and client management skills, capable of managing a complex caseload independently.
The role is with a top 200 UK law firm, and while full-time hours are preferred, there is flexibility in working arrangements.

Location: Remote or hybrid remote working assignment (firm's offices are based in Devon/Somerset)

Contract Type: Immediate Locum Assignment for circa initial 3 months

Rate: Circa £40 - £50 per hour DOE

Role Requirements

Proven expertise in commercial property disputes, including cases involving the following:-
- - Breach of lease
  - Rent arrears claims
  - Forfeiture
  - Disputes over breach of covenant
  - Dilapidation claims
  - Adverse possession claims
  - Party wall and boundary disputes
  - Easements and rights of way disputes
Ability to manage complex, varied caseload independently
Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
Full time hours preference, but can be flexible
