Role Requirements
  • Proven expertise in commercial property disputes, including cases involving the following:-

      • Breach of lease
      • Rent arrears claims
      • Forfeiture
      • Disputes over breach of covenant
      • Dilapidation claims
      • Adverse possession claims
      • Party wall and boundary disputes
      • Easements and rights of way disputes
  • Ability to manage complex, varied caseload independently

  • Strong commercial awareness and client management skills

  • Full time hours preference, but can be flexible
