As anInsideMedical Sales Specialistfor this leading UK-based manufacturer supplying high-quality Bladder and Bowel Continence medical devices, youll drive sales as part of a talented team.

  • Following comprehensive medical sales and product training, you will join a successful and supportive outbound telesales team proactively contacting new and existing customers.
  • You will nurture customer relationships to understand their needs as a patient, provide excellent customer service, promote appropriate medical device products, troubleshoot any issues and coach them to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • In this inside medical sales position you will communicate with customers over the phone and email to explain and proactively promote products and services, qualify and develop sales opportunities, to achieve KPIs / targets which contribute to company revenue growth.
  • This permanent position (35 hours pw) is office based in Bridgwater, Somerset.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Probably degree educated (Business, Biomedical Science or similar), you have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, confident handling multiple calls and emails per day.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment, using multiple systems at once with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively. Eager to begin or develop a career in medical sales, you are self-motivated and results-driven, resilient and persuasive but also - and, importantly - compassionate with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, however a degree is not required. Previous medical experience is not required. Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office) is required.
  • Able to commute to Bridgwater, Somerset, daily. Suitable locations include but are not limited to Taunton, Weston Super Mare, Bristol, Bath, Exeter and Yeovil.

PACKAGE

  • Salary guide: up to £30,000 depending on experience plus 20% bonus, 26 daysholiday (increasing with service) plus a day off for your birthday, pension, life assurance and access to privatehealthcare,casualdress,and free onsiteparking.
