We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join an internationally recognised company who are well establish in their field and very proud to be working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This role is fully site based therefore you must live locally to Bridgwater to be considered for the role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the payroll process from start to finish, providing general administrative support around the role
  • Run payroll every two weeks for the workforce and monthly for admin staff
  • Handle lodge, travel allowances, and walking allowances
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll-related financial reports
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations

KEY SKILLS:

  • Prior Payroll experience
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Sage 50 would be desirable however not essential
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
