We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join an internationally recognised company who are well establish in their field and very proud to be working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This role is fully site based therefore you must live locally to Bridgwater to be considered for the role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the payroll process from start to finish, providing general administrative support around the role
- Run payroll every two weeks for the workforce and monthly for admin staff
- Handle lodge, travel allowances, and walking allowances
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Assist with the preparation of payroll-related financial reports
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
KEY SKILLS:
- Prior Payroll experience
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of Sage 50 would be desirable however not essential
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Quick learner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
