Great opportunity has just arisen to join a prestigious company based near Bridgwater, there is a lot of opportunity to progress within this company, which already has a great name in its market.
The Role:
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes.
- Utilise various CAD programs to create detailed schematics and tooling designs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with production teams to assemble components, solder parts, and ensure proper operation of machinery.
- Monitor process performance metrics.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance production capabilities and reduce waste.
The Person:
- Electronics knowledge with a background in engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and /or AutoCAD.
- Experience with logic controllers and automation systems is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in conducting root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
