Contract Quantity Surveyor Hinkley Point C outside IR35 contract
Are you currently working as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong understanding of NEC form of contract?
Are you located in the South West of the country or comfortable living/working away (hybrid set up but regular site attendance will be required).
This client is a key delivery partner on Hinkley Point C, one of the largest live construction projects in Europe.
Due to an ongoing workload they currently have an opportunity for a site based Quantity Surveyor, to join their delivery team on HPC.
Role Requirements:
You will currently be working as a Quantity Surveyor within large scale construction projects, and have a clear understanding and track record under NEC form of contract.
This project requires someone working at Senior Quantity Surveyor level, they need a strong all rounder who is comfortable being part of a site based delivery team.
This position will require regular site attendance, so you will need to be South West based or willing to live/work away.
Experience within Nuclear/Regulated sectors would be of real benefit although not essential.
This role is an outside IR35 contract and the ideal candidate will need to be able to start within 2/3 weeks.
As well as the above they require a strong team player who is comfortable in a Senior QS/client facing position.
