Brownlee Cale are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position located in Somerset.
The role involves ensuring all commercial documentation is accurate, coordinating with contractors and site staff, and managing purchase orders for materials and labor.
Candidates must have knowledge and experience of NEC & FIDIC contracts, a good commercial background, and a degree or equivalent experience in a similar field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying on large scale projects is required, along with experience in MEICA projects and a CSCS MAPS H&S Test.

Brownlee Cale are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our client who operate in the MEICA sector. This is a permanent positionlocated in Somerset.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure all commercial documentation is in order i.e. pricing documents, BQ, quotations, forecasts.
Coordination with contractors and site staff
Managing purchase orders for materials and labour

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience of NEC & FIDIC contracts.
Good commercial background
Degree / equivalent or relevant experience in a similar field
Chartered QS (or in process)
At least 5 years' in QS experience on large scale projects
Experience working on MEICA projects
CSCS MAPS H&S Test
