Nestled in the heart of Bridgwater, this contract role offers you the unique opportunity to work within our dedicated Accommodation-based Support Team. In collaboration with Somerset Council, they strive to address the pressing challenge of rising homelessness, specifically focusing on individuals with complex needs and a history of rough sleeping. Their facilities—comprising a 9-bed Stage One Intensive Support property and a 5-bed Stage Two Move On property—form the backbone of the Rough Sleeping Pathway. Here, you'll be instrumental in crafting professional, nurturing, and supportive relationships, enabling residents to transition towards greater independence. Preferred Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in homeless pathway support, inclusive of tenancy sustainment and move-on support mechanisms.
Aptitude in navigating and supporting various complex needs tailored to individuals.
Commitment to providing high-quality service, fostering development, and supporting effective move-on strategies.
Implementing Support Plans
Multi agency working
Proficiency in facilitating workshops and community activities to engage residents.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience within non-profit and social services sectors or comparable fields.
Strong background in providing complex needs support and knowledge of housing services.
Proficiency in managing caseloads efficiently, with an emphasis on minimizing risks such as arrears.
