Team Manager, £44ph, Safeguarding, SomersetPertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Team Manager to join the Family Safeguarding Service. The postholder will be leading a Family Safeguarding team which is fully staffed, with a balance of experienced and newly qualified workers. They will work with skilled adult-focussed practitioners and enjoy positive relationships with managers in the agencies who are part of the Family Safeguarding model. Requirements:

Supervisory and management experience
Substantial experience working with children and families in social work
Passionate about relationship-based social work
Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
