We are seeking an experienced Line Leader to join our clients well-established food manufacturing facility in Bridlington.
Position: Line Leader (Temp to Perm)
Location: Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 13:45 PM to 22:00 PM
Breaks: Two breaks totaling 45 minutes
Hourly Rate: £13.53 per hour (comprising £12.47 base rate plus £8 daily shift allowance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of production line workers to achieve daily production targets
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain efficient production processes
- Provide training and support to team members
- Report and address any operational issues promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a Line Leader in a food production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
- Immediate availability to start
