Castle Employment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure operational success across key service functions. The role offers a highly competitive salary and would suit someone from a print background

As the Service Manager, you will:
  • Lead, Mentorand inspire Team Leaders across two key areas being machine installation and servicing.
  • Drive andimplement operational strategies to optimise service delivery, enhance efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Be one of the primary point of contacts for customers, using your technical expertise to provide tailored solutions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply your deep knowledge of processes to guide your team in delivering high-quality services.
  • Analyse and deliver regular reports on performance, customer feedback, and team progress, offering actionable insights to senior management.

The ideal Service Manager will have some previous relevant experience from working in a similar role within the manufacturing sector, ideally print or machinery. You must have an understanding of engineering and ideally have a HNC in an engineering discipline or equivalent. You should have strong leadership skills and a track record of managing and developing high performing teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement is also essential
