In this role, you will oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of our growing enterprise. Working directly with the Finance Director and alongside a variety of senior stakeholders across the business; your role will blend both the financial and commercial elements of finance including:
- Prepare monthly management information (MI), financial key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports.
- Manage cash flow and maintain internal controls.
- Develop and refine systems and processes to enhance efficiency and drive automation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through overhead reviews and reductions.
- Lead the development and implementation of finance-related projects.
- Oversee the evaluation and training of finance department staff.
- Develop, analyse, report, and monitor staff KPIs.
- Coordinate and monitor office operations to meet company requirements.
- Conduct financial planning and analysis using MI and KPI reports.
- Manage and develop accounting systems and the finance function.
- Analyse and identify profitability across all business areas.
- Provide strategic and commercial support to senior management.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to business operations.
