We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at a vibrant restaurant in our Hotel by the beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties
- Lead, manage and motivate the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking activities
- Create innovative and enticing menus that align with our restaurant's concept
- Supervise kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet the demand of the business
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies without compromising on quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious dishes
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and menu planning
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management would be advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week

Live in available, initially probationary period up to 6 months in temporary accommodation before flat made available.
