We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company who are looking to hire a Financial Controller to oversee financial planning, risk management, and compliance while driving operational excellence.  This role will offer real career development offering excellent mentorship from the PLC owners.Your Key Responsibilities:•    Lead budget and forecast preparation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Provide in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making•    Oversee financial reporting, preparing accurate statements for stakeholders, board members, and banks.•    Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and mitigating market volatility.•    Optimise the company’s capital structure and manage banking relationships.•    Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, tax compliance, and payroll.•    Lead external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams.•    Manage accounting systems, ensuring seamless integration with IT updates.•    Supervise insurance contracts and maintain relationships with insurance providers. •    Oversee intercompany balances and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies.•    Monitor and enhance credit control processes.•    Ensure compliance & governance, implementing effective internal controls.•    Manage treasury operations, optimizing cash flow and liquidity.•    Lead & mentor a high-performing finance team.What the client is looking for…•    Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)•    Strong proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.•    Exceptional numerical agility and attention to detail.•    Strong decision-making and results-driven approach.What is on offer?...•    Salary £65-75,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits inc.
