Chapman Tate Associates seeks an IT Account Manager, to join this leading provider or Hosted Connectivity, Business Telco, Cyber and IT Managed Services.

As an Account Manager you will be working alongside a number of existing customers helping them deal with a number of issues relating to their current service and product portfolio.

You will work with your peers and external partners to understand how innovative technologies and market trends can be leveraged to deliver positive outcomes for our clients and help to develop and implement best-practice architecture, standards, and guidelines. You will also be willing to share knowledge and mentor those around you.

The successful candidate will research and make recommendations for their use where this would add business value and will ensure that solution delivery is performed with agility balancing speed, quality, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account growth
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting performance and progress

Ideally you will have worked for a Telco, VAR IT Reseller or MSP.
