The role will involve providing Administrative and Junior Paraplanning duties which will lead to ongoing development should that be something you are seeking. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to 2/3 top performing Financial Planners, our client offers a family oriented and vibrant working environment.  Duties/ Responsibilities 
  • Processing new business
  • Client Illustrations and Valuations
  • LOA’S
  • Preparing Suitability reports
  • Suitability Report preparation
  • Production of quotes and relevant application paperwork via various external provider platforms
  • IRESS Quotes and Protection Case Preparation
  • Defaqto Research
  • Selecta Pension Research
  • Compiling cases for processing by ensuring all the required paperwork included is signed, this will include:
  • Suitability Report
  • Fact Find
  • Quotes
  • Application form
  • Other related paperwork
  • Processing reports and associated paperwork for:
  • BED/ISA
  • Top Up
  • Fund switches
  • Use of the back office systems by way of accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning allocation to relevant client file
