Finance Manager | North Lincolnshire | c£70,000

If you’re looking for an opportunity to take ownership of the financial function at a key manufacturing facility, we have just the role for you! This key leadership position provides financial insight and strategic support to optimise accounting, forecasting, and statutory reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a vital role in the site leadership team, influencing business decisions and ensuring financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Provide financial data, analysis, and insights to drive business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage payroll processes and act as a key liaison between teams.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Support capital expenditure projects and profitability analysis.
  • Collaborate with auditors and third-party advisors for statutory requirements.
  • Lead and manage financial projects as directed by the CFO or Plant Manager.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar finance role, with cost accounting experience being essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a global company and proficiency in financial software are desirable.
