Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity on behalf of high volume manufacturer based in Brigg, who are looking to welcome and energetic and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to the team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong Continuous Improvement background and a passion for identifying and implementing process improvements across a fast paced manufacturing environment.As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will:

  • Promote and embed World Class Operations Management (WCOM) practices within the plant
  • Identify and lead high-impact cost-saving projects, ensuring teams are properly resourced to meet goals.
  • Collaborate with the plant leadership team to ensure production quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a leader and problem-solver, motivating and coaching engineers, supervisors, and staff to meet expectations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead employee training and development to build a culture of continuous improvement and close any skill gaps.
  • Manage and support key improvement projects and share best practices across teams.
  • Drive the plant’s improvement goals, ensuring clear communication of objectives and progress.
  • Champion change and innovation, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

To be considered for the Continuous Improvement Manager:

  • Significant experience in a Continuous Improvement role within FMCG
  • A recognised qualification or demonstrable experience in Continuous Improvement techniques and processes / implementing Lean/6 Sigma
  • A willingness to question and challenge what we currently do 
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Experience in leading a team, ability to coach & train colleagues in new/improved ways of working
  • Proven analytical thinking, results orientation and problem-solving skills
