Business Admin Support (Part time hours)

Our Client, based in the Brighouse area, are looking for an experienced Admin assistance to join their team. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of one of our key accounts relating to repair work in Social Housing we are looking for someone with a great team culture with a strong work ethic and for people who are enthusiastic, ambitious and want to be part of an exciting company.

Pay, Benefits & Hours

  • £13.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m.
  • Free on-site parking
  • Holiday Pay £1.57 per hour worked

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise multiple IT systems to log, respond and update the progress of jobs.
  • Respond to incoming queries via telephone and e-mail.
  • Contact clients to investigate and confirm issues reported.
  • Schedule planned work, visits, activity feedback and reporting.
  • Liaise with client and workers to schedule visits.
  • Administer and assist with the quality review process.
  • Weekly invoicing.
  • Perform other tasks required for project delivery, i.e , weekly reporting, teams meeting, spread sheets.
