Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment
  • Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • A caring and patient nature
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEND (desirable)
