Cogent Staffing are recruiting for Skilled Assemblers for our client based in Brighouse, on a temp to perm basis, with a permanent position available after 12 weeks. The ideal candidate must have previous exhibition/display assembly experience, and will be happy to work away, internationally and nationwide, once trained.
Shifts & salary:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm, overtime sometimes required
- Weekend overtime sometimes required
- £27,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Weekday overtime is paid at normal rate, weekend overtime is paid at 1.5x
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the production and assembly of exhibition stands.
- Testing and installing stands and displays.
- Assembling, measuring, cutting and quality checking purpose made products.
- To use a wide range of tools and equipment as required.
- Carrying out practical assembly work and manual handling.
- Loading and unloading goods vehicles.
- Working to a high quality standard.
- Keeping work area clean.
Key requirements:
- Must have previous exhibition/display assembly experience evidenced on CV.
- Must be happy travelling to different countries and working away often.
- Must have driving licence and own transport.
- Must have own passport.
