We have 2 exciting opportunities in our Brand Sales Team!

  1. Super Bock Group is the largest beverage company in Portugal, known for its beer and presence in over 50 countries.
  2. Warsteiner is a leading German brewery founded in 1753, producing a wide range of beer specialties and non-alcoholic beverages.

We are now recruiting for 1 x Sales Brand Ambassador for Super Bock and 1 x Sales Brand Ambassador for Warsteiner.

Super Bock Sales Brand Ambassador Job Purpose:

You will play a pivotal role in driving profitable distribution, volume, and awareness of the Super Bock brand within the UK on-trade channel. Reporting to the National Wholesale Manager and guided by the Super Bock Sales Manager UK, this role will collaborate closely with our direct delivered customer base and network of wholesale partners to execute brand strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:-

  • Achieve and exceed targets for brand distribution and volume in both the wholesale channel and James Clay direct delivered network.
  • Act as a regular point of contact for key accounts, ensuring the brand is represented effectively, maintaining distribution points, and driving rate of sale through strategic brand activations.
  • Implement strategic marketing objectives, support and coordinate events, festivals, and consumer-facing activities to align with the brand's UK marketing plans.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the UK and Super Bock in Portugal, leveraging expertise to facilitate brand knowledge and growth.
  • Manage allocated budgets effectively to achieve objectives and maximise ROI.

Warsteiner Bock Sales Brand Ambassador Job Purpose:

You will play a crucial role in driving profitable distribution, volume, and awareness of the Warsteiner brand within the UK on-trade channel. Reporting to the National Wholesale Manager and guided by the Warsteiner UK Country Manager, this role will work closely with our direct delivered customer base and network of wholesale partners to execute brand strategies effectively.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Achieve and exceed targets for brand distribution and volume in both the wholesale channel and James Clay direct delivered network.
  • Act as a regular point of contact for key accounts, ensuring the brand is well represented, maintaining distribution points, and driving sales through effective brand activations.
  • Implement strategic marketing plans, support and coordinate events, festivals, and consumer-facing activities to align with Warsteiner's UK marketing strategy.
  • Serve as a primary contact between the UK operations and Warsteiner in Germany, leveraging expertise to enhance brand knowledge and foster growth. Occasional travel to Germany may be required.
  • Manage allocated budgets efficiently to achieve objectives and maximise ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverages industry, with a strong understanding of the on-trade channel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans and drive results.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within the UK and occasionally overseas.
  • Budget management skills and a focus on ROI.
  • Passion for craft beverages and a commitment to delivering exceptional brand experiences.
  • Location: Flexible within the UK with frequent travel expected.
