Internal Sales Executive Job Description:
Interaction are proudly partnered with a leading Material Handling Equipment dealership looking to welcome a highly motivated and results–driven Internal Sales Executive/Appointment Maker to join their fast-paced Dewsbury based office. The successful candidate will the first point of call for all new customers including inbound enquiries and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through cold calling.
Internal Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of call for all new customers including inbound enquiries.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, email, and market research. This is a 90% cold calling telesales role expected to average 60-80 dials a day.
- Fact finding with the customer to arm the ASM with the right tools to deliver the best solution from meeting 1.
- Track and report on pipeline with sales team.
- Meeting/exceeding KPI’s and targets to meet business demands.
- To liaise with ASM’s within business regarding opportunities.
- To successfully deliver new opportunities to ASM’s.
The successful Internal Sales Executive will be:
- Technically able with Microsoft and CRM's.
- Self-motivated, goal orientated, and results driven.
- A team player.
- Able to work independently.
- A strong communicator with the ability to convey new ideas clearly.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Exceptionally target driven.
- Able to react and think on your feet as each day throws up new and interesting problems.
- Experienced in the Material Handling industry (advantageous).
