The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. This standalone, fully generalist role will be reporting directly into the Managing Director. As a HR Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the onboarding process including conduction inductions, producing offer letters and contracts
  • Coaching and guiding the management team on employment law and HR issues 
  • Managing an ER caseload and advising on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and sickness
  • Co-ordinating all internal and external training
  • Supporting managers with recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and selection
  • Maintaining and developing HR policies and procedures
  • Send monthly payroll information to payroll provider and deal with any queries
