Elevation HR are now looking for strategic minded HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Huddersfield.

The HR Manager will work with a dynamic and passionate team that truly care about the wellbeing of colleagues across the business.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is a hands-on role that will provide key support to key stakeholders as well as developing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with business goals.

The HR Manager will also:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, implementing creative recruitment strategies, a streamlined onboarding process, as well a detailed HR and Safety Induction
  • Provide HR guidance on a range of policies, procedures and Employment Law, ensuring line management are coached and supported
  • Oversee employee relations activities including disciplinary, grievance and absence management
  • Change Management projects, including succession planning and risk management

The successful candidate will have:

  • Solid experience as a HR Generalist, with knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and performance management
  • Proven experience of developing and supporting managers through change, using your ability to remain calm under pressure and build trust
  • CIPD L5 or above
