Nexus People are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administratorto join our clients internal team workingat their flagshipoffice in Brighouse.
Experience in Administration,Payroll and Payroll Processingwould bepreferred and essential requirements include good basic IT skills (Office 365 (email, word and excel) and Software Systems) and the ability to communicate clearly with your colleagues, the senior teams and job applicants etc
Working as a Payroll Administrator: The Role & Your Responsibilities
You will be based at ourHead Officein Brighouse and the role will include:
- Data entry & inputting on various software systems
- Responding to queries via email/phone
- Setting up and paying statutory deductions
- Inputting of payroll adjustments
- Producing weekly reports
- Calculation of Statutory payments
- Other general administration tasks
Payroll Administrator - Working Hours:
This is a part-time opportunity,working on a Tuesday and Wednesday, 09:00 - 17:00. Flexibilityfor additional adhoc hours for holiday cover will also be required from time to time.
